To our Debit Card customers:
Due to a recent increased level of fraudulent activity, we have temporarily restricted all WTSB Debit Card purchases initiated outside of the State of Texas to only PIN transactions. This will not affect your ability to make purchases; it will just require that you use your PIN each time you make a purchase. Certain kiosks such as Red Box, that do not allow a PIN to be used, will be affected by this change and you will not be able to use your Debit Card at those kiosks.
